Energy Efficient Homes
One way to achieve an energy efficient building is to use Passivhaus design principles. Passivhaus principles are based on a fabric first approach to the building design.
It is based on the idea that the fabric of the building is so effective that heat loss is minimal and so there is no need for a heating system and therefore saves energy. The building is carefully designed to balance incoming and outgoing heat sources and therefore maintains a consistent, comfortable temperature.
This house was designed using Passivhaus principles to create a modern family home.
The house is designed to be air tight with a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system installed to ensure air circulates effectively. We are experienced in building to Passivhaus standards with excellent results.New technologies are being developed all the time and we work with architects and suppliers to discuss the requirements of a build.

A natural swimming pond is a way to enjoy the beauty of outdoor swimming pool that looks like an open water pond with plants and wildlife. They really are unique and an asset to your outside space. We used creative carpentry skills to build a unique decking area for this natural pool.
